Making the Business Case
Creating healthy workplaces is an investment that benefits both employers and the organization as a whole. A business case typically details the benefits to management e.g. increased productivity, retention of staff, reduced absenteeism; statistics related to benefits and costs; and examples from organizations with successful programs.
