The department fights for better laws and information on substances found in the workplace. This office also helps local unions set up programs to eliminate hazardous conditions in the workplace. The department publishes the Health, Safety & Environment Newsletter.



OSSA is the designated Safe Workplace Association for the Service Sector in Ontario. Working with businesses across the province, OSSA provides Health and Safety consulting services, education, assistance and training to a wide range of companies.
