  BC Forest Safety Council
The BC Forest Safety Council was founded in the fall of 2004 as a direct result of the work and recommendations of the Forest Safety Task Force. The Task Force had created a comprehensive strategy to dramatically improve the safety record of the BC Forest Sector, with a primary recommendation being to establish a permanent safety infrastructure. The Council's mandate is to work within the forest industry to eliminate fatalities and injuries. As a result of their participation in creating and maintaining improved health and safety programs, industry performance and output will be dramatically improved.
 
  Forestry Safety Society of Nova Scotia
The mission at the FSSNS is to develop and deliver cost effective, quality training programs. These programs will ensure a safe work environment and a skilled work force for the Forestry Industry of Nova Scotia, in compliance with Industry and Government regulations. This is a non-profit organization, funded by a levy, not to exceed 3 percent, on Workers Compensation Assessment.
 
  Ontario Forestry Safe Workplace Association
The Association is organized to provide current and comprehensive training, industrial hygiene, ergonomic intervention, consultation and information to forestry member firms, and to promote industry self-reliance and internal responsibility toward the goal of eliminating workplace injuries and illnesses.
 
  Pacific Northwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center
PNASH works with the farming, forestry, and fishing industries to improve work-place health and safety in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. The main focus is research and developing interventions to reduce injuries and illnesses.
 
  Pulp and Paper Employee Relations Service
The Pulp and Paper Employee Relations Forum acts primarily as a research and information service for the industry. The public access section of this site provides access to occupational health research reports.
 
  Pulp and Paper Health and Safety Association
The Pulp and Paper Health and Safety Association (PPHSA) is committed to promoting health and safety awareness in the pulp, paper and related industries through the development and delivery of programs, products and services.
 
  Safety Advisory Foundation for Education and Research (SAFER)
SAFER Council's mission is to assist workers and employers in the B.C. forest industry to improve accident prevention and create a health environment, on and off the job.
 
  Saskatchewan Forest Industries Safety Association
Working with employers and employees in Saskatchewan's forest industry to provide a safe workplace through proactive education, training programs, and the promotion of safe work practices, attitudes and behaviors.
