	American Industrial Hygiene Association: British Columbia and Yukon Section
	A local section of the AIHA whose purpose is to unite industrial hygienists and safety practitioners who work for consulting firms, private and public corporations, many branches of government, Universities and WorkSafeBC.
	BC Association for Crane Safety
	This association promotes the development of an industry-driven crane operator qualification system in British Columbia. The association board has representation from various private bodies that have a stake in the development of that system. These representatives or stakeholders have been defined as those who either operate or own cranes.
	BC Forest Safety Council
	The BC Forest Safety Council was founded in the fall of 2004 as a direct result of the work and recommendations of the Forest Safety Task Force. The Task Force had created a comprehensive strategy to dramatically improve the safety record of the BC Forest Sector, with a primary recommendation being to establish a permanent safety infrastructure. The Council's mandate is to work within the forest industry to eliminate fatalities and injuries. As a result of their participation in creating and maintaining improved health and safety programs, industry performance and output will be dramatically improved.

	BC Nurseline
	BC NurseLine provides 24-hour, confidential health information and advice. Anywhere in the province, call BC NurseLine to speak to a registered nurse 24-hours or a pharmacist from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. every day. Specially trained nurses answer questions about health topics and procedures, identify symptoms, and help you decide when to see a health professional. Information and referrals are also provided to other services.

It offers experienced Registered Nurses either an Advanced Specialty Certificate in Occupational Health Nursing after completing 33 credits.
	British Columbia Municipal Safety Association
	The British Columbia Municipal Safety Association is a non-profit society which provides a common focal point for the Occupational Health and Safety concerns in the Municipal environment. The purpose of the association is to identify, address and create learning opportunities on the safety issues which face their members.

	The British Columbia Safety Authority (BCSA) is a not for profit corporation that administers the service delivery components of the Safety Standards Act. The Authority delivers services which apply to work and products related to passenger ropeways, amusement devices, boilers and boiler systems, electrical equipment, elevating devices and passenger conveyors, gas systems and equipment, pressure vessels and piping, railways and refrigerator systems and equipment

	Electrical Industry Training Institute Ltd.
	Electrical Industry Training Institute (EITI) is a leading private trades training institute in Surrey, BC. EITI has been providing apprenticeship and journeyperson upgrading training for the electrical industry since 1991. EITI's programs include a broad range of trades training, safety training and industry awareness courses. We currently offer over 75 courses for journeyperson upgrading, as well as full apprenticeship programs for powerline technicians and utility arborists. EITI offers the only pre-apprenticeship program for powerline technicians in Western Canada.
