  Appeals Tribunal: Workplace Health and Safety Compensation Commission (New Brunswick)
The Appeals Tribunal, under the legislative authority of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Act, the Workers' Compensation Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act is mandated to hear appeals. At arm's length from the WHISK, the Appeals Tribunal is a quasi-judicial administrative tribunal, which respects the rules of natural justice. If a worker, their dependent or an employer is dissatisfied with a decision made by the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, they can appeal it through the Appeals Tribunal.
 
  Association of Labour Relations Agencies
ALA is an association of impartial government agencies in the United States and Canada responsible for administering labor-management relations laws or services.
 
  Canada Appeals Office on Occupational Health and Safety
The mandate of the Appeals Office is to receive, hear and dispose of appeals of decisions [ss.129(7)] and directions [s.146] issued under the Canada Labour Code, Part II, in all sectors under federal jurisdiction, such as the Air, Rail, Marine and Oil and Gas sectors, the federal Public Service and businesses like road transportation, ferries, and grain elevators.

  Public Service Labour Relations Board
Public Service Labour Relations Board, a quasi-judicial tribunal responsible for the administration of the collective bargaining and grievance adjudication systems in the federal public and parliamentary services. Under the Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA), the Board is vested with a three-pronged mandate consisting of adjudication, mediation, and compensation analysis and research.
 
  Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board
The Board administers The Trade Union Act, The Construction Industry Labour Relations Act, 1992 and The Health Labour Relations Reorganization Act. These laws apply to most unionized employees in Saskatchewan. They do not generally apply to non-unionized employees or to employees, unionized or otherwise, of companies which fall under federal jurisdiction such as telecommunications companies or airlines.

  U. S. Department of Labor

  Bureau d'appel canadien en santé et sécurité au travail
Les agents d'appel en matière de santé et sécurité désignés par le ministre du travail et réunis au sein d'une structure administrative désignée pour le vocable Bureau canadien d'appel en santé et sécurité au travail (Bureau), exercent les fonctions de tribunal administratif. Ce service gratuit est offert par le Service des demandes de renseignements du Centre canadien d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail (CCHST). Le mandat du CCHST est de promouvoir la santé et la sécurité des lieux de travail en fournissant de l'information pratique en réponse aux questions qui s'y posent.
 
  Tribunal d’appel: CSSIAT (New Brunswick)
Le Tribunal d’appel, qui relève de la compétence législative de la Loi sur la Commission de la santé, de la sécurité et de l’indemnisation des accidents au travail, de la Loi sur les accidents du travail et de la Loi sur l’hygiène et la sécurité au travail, est autorisé à entendre des appels. Le Tribunal d’appel fonctionne de façon indépendante de la Commission de la santé, de la sécurité et de l’indemnisation des accidents au travail (CSSIAT).
