The UNJUST DISMISSAL database contains records and summaries of unjust dismissal settlements. The database has become an important working tool for the investigation of unjust dismissal complaints. It provides a source of information to assist in resolving unjust dismissal complaints in a timely fashion by having access and easy reference to previous similar cases. The database is produced by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, Labour Branch.
